Former CIA Station Chief Exposes Potential List of Indictments for Obama Era Officials

Conspiracy to overthrow the government, lying to Congress, lying to investigators and, yes, treason all are mentioned on this unconfirmed list. If AG Barr does proceed as claimed, this is astonishing information. Brad Johnson, former Senior CIA Officer and President of Americans for Intelligence Reform, may see Justice served – as will all Americans.

Brad Johnson it is May the 18th 2020 and
00:05
this feels like it’s the sort of
00:07
fulmination of two years of talking
00:10
about this subject we have discussed the
00:13
fact that someday indictments may happen
00:15
based on the deep state attempt to
00:18
overthrow the government or treason or I
00:20
guess it’s sometimes it’s parsing it
00:22
pretty pretty finely but and it looks
00:24
like it looks like that list is now
00:27
available the list of people who may be
00:29
formally charged for all this death if I
00:33
have that at all right can you please
00:34
explain it sure I in at let me just say
00:39
I do have a list of indictments we’re
00:40
going to be able to go over it these are
00:43
I would say unconfirmed and this was
00:46
there’s another show the Chris McDonald
00:49
show that’s the Mac files is what it’s
00:52
called he was the one that got this list
00:54
it is from a longtime friend of his who
00:58
is in some way associated with the
01:01
prosecutor’s office who’s in helping in
01:05
in some way with this with this at
01:07
Durham investigation so now this is
01:09
information isn’t classified but it’s
01:12
also unconfirmed and not something that
01:15
they would be particularly anxious to
01:17
have out so it’s one of those things
01:18
that I would say it’s very interesting
01:21
and seems to sound about right but take
01:24
it with a grain of salt I’ll put it that
01:26
way so you don’t know so however Chris
01:29
who’s also a friend of mine that does
01:32
the Mac files show has quite a little
01:34
bit of confidence in this so you know
01:37
we’re going to see fairly soon and it
01:39
would be interesting if there are starts
01:42
to be cracks around the shroud of
01:44
secrecy of the of this what looks like
01:47
criminal prosecution that’s that’s
01:49
getting ready to take place now so on
01:51
the list itself what is by far the most
01:55
interesting kind of from my opinion is
02:00
the John Brennan and it’s one of the
02:03
things that I have long said that if you
02:06
look at the you know of oi cities that
02:09
spider at the center of the web and and
02:11
essentially the you know
02:13
roads lead to John Brennan and that’s
02:15
something we’ve talked about used many
02:16
times now to put it more succinctly from
02:19
my perspective that my take on it is
02:22
that that if you look at secondary
02:26
analysis where you’re looking at all the
02:28
connections between everyone and
02:29
everything you find nexus points where
02:33
you know everything kind of gets led
02:35
back to one individual and the main
02:39
nexus point that I have seen as we go
02:42
through all of this and as the
02:43
information comes out is John Brennan
02:45
and that’s why I say all roads lead back
02:46
to John Brennan so John Brennan in this
02:50
list that we have that like I said it’s
02:52
unconfirmed but it is very interesting
02:54
is that he’s going to be faced with
02:58
three counts of conspiracy to overthrow
03:00
the government three counts of lying to
03:03
Congress which by the way he was already
03:05
found not one thing happened to him but
03:08
he was already spying on Congress and
03:10
Senators back when he was director of
03:13
the CIA got caught doing it and lied
03:16
about it to Congress and then had to
03:18
come out and apologize for all of that
03:19
nothing really happened to him because
03:22
he had the protection of the Obama
03:23
administration but he’s already been had
03:26
that problem precisely so since he got
03:28
away with it it certainly makes sense to
03:30
me that that would be something he would
03:31
feel basically immune to continue doing
03:34
so three counts of conspiracy to
03:37
overthrow the government three counts of
03:38
lying to Congress two counts of lying to
03:40
investigators that would be the FBI or
03:43
DOJ one count of conspiracy to commit
03:46
treason and three counts of obstruction
03:49
of justice now the treason is is the
03:52
600-pound gorilla in the room and
03:55
everyone well I’m sure we’ll remember
03:57
something we’ve talked about for a very
03:59
long time the day after the Muller
04:01
investigation ended US Attorney General
04:04
Barr reinstated the federal death
04:06
penalty and I have always said that is
04:10
no coincidence that was done on purpose
04:12
that US Attorney General Barr is very
04:14
deliberate person and he knew as soon as
04:17
there was nobody found guilty there was
04:19
no actual underlying crime that could be
04:21
shown to be the case against Trump or
04:23
his campaign or anyone associated with
04:26
his administer
04:27
he knew that what had happened therefore
04:29
was treasonous and that was done on
04:32
purpose to put that death penalty on the
04:34
table and I I would say that is and all
04:37
of these charges that are on this list
04:40
that’s that’s the one that would
04:43
definitely carry the death penalty if it
04:46
goes to trial and as something I’ve
04:48
often said is and force ever since this
04:51
happened with with malaria arming with
04:54
yesterday agenda bar reinstating the
04:56
death penalty is that I personally view
04:59
this as a big positive now it may sound
05:02
cruel to suggest that the death penalty
05:05
for someone would be a good thing but
05:07
people have to remember that the death
05:10
penalty is meant to be a deterrent
05:12
against those crimes taking place in the
05:14
future particularly egregious murders
05:17
for example you want the death penalty
05:19
for those people like serial killers to
05:21
discourage other people from doing it in
05:23
the future
05:23
and that’s precisely why I would say
05:25
that if all of this is true and he
05:28
actually you know goes to trial which he
05:30
won’t but if he were to do so it would
05:33
be a very healthy thing for the United
05:35
States of America if he was indeed
05:38
treasonous and and try and betrayed his
05:40
country that he gets the death penalty
05:42
because what does it do it acts as a
05:44
deterrent for future traitors and also
05:48
that’s why the recidivism rate for
05:50
people that get to death penalty is very
05:52
low yes that’s very true yeah as far as
05:55
I know that that’s zero I guess that
05:59
would need to be proven so it is one of
06:04
those things that I I think would be
06:05
healthy now to go on to the other ones
06:08
they’re interesting too but there are
06:10
some differences to it you’ll notice
06:11
that John Brennan had three counts of
06:12
conspiracy to overthrow the government
06:14
now a conspiracy to overthrow the
06:17
government and treason are you know even
06:19
semantically not being lawyers we can
06:21
see that there is a difference trying to
06:23
overthrow the government and committing
06:25
treason there is a distinction and I
06:27
don’t know it would be interesting to
06:29
see once this comes out publicly whether
06:31
all the legal eagles have to say about
06:33
it and if the death penalty would also
06:35
be on the table as part of the possible
06:38
punishment for
06:40
he’d overthrow the government now to me
06:42
just a layman on these things it makes
06:44
sense that that would be essentially
06:47
treason and and and also the death
06:49
penalty could be applied to that but
06:51
again on the Brennan thing he does he
06:53
has according to this list which as I
06:56
said is unconfirmed he is going to be
06:58
charged with one count of treason and if
07:00
that’s true he would have the definitely
07:03
on the table and as I’ve often said
07:05
there’s just no way in in God’s green
07:09
earth that a guy like former CIA
07:13
director John Brennan is going to take
07:15
the risk of going to a jury trial and if
07:19
he loses getting the death penalty he’s
07:20
just not going to risk that that means
07:23
he’s going to have to basically take
07:24
whatever deals put on the table and just
07:26
to plead guilty to all this stuff and I
07:29
would expect them to reduce it from
07:31
treason to this conspiracy to overthrow
07:33
the government plead guilty on it and of
07:35
course part of that plea deal would be
07:37
he’s got to tell everything he knows so
07:39
I think that if this is true they have
07:43
him it’s over you know and and of course
07:46
long it’s been said that he’s lawyered
07:48
up and prepared
07:49
everybody in town apparently has
07:50
lawyered up now so it’ll be seen now one
07:53
additional thing to that before I go to
07:54
the rest of the list is there are four
07:57
other CIA personnel who are going to be
08:00
indicted but don’t have names or lists
08:03
of charges for that very interesting
08:05
perspectives so there that if it’s true
08:07
it would mean there’s a core of four
08:11
senior people at the CIA that did all of
08:13
this in conjunction with John Brennan
08:16
who was director at the time very very
08:19
very interesting than those people if
08:21
that’s true it’s going to be an very
08:24
interesting to see how that plays out in
08:26
it but also one of the things that lends
08:28
credibility to me is all those names are
08:30
withheld that makes perfect sense to me
08:32
so now going on to the lists Loretta
08:34
Lynch indicted three counts of
08:35
conspiracy to overthrow the government
08:37
two counts obstruction of justice three
08:39
counts of lying to Congress Sally Yates
08:42
three counts of conspiracy to overthrow
08:44
the government three counts of
08:45
obstruction of justice James clapper
08:48
three counts of conspiracy to overthrow
08:50
the government two counts of lying to
08:51
Congress James Comey three
08:54
of conspiracy to overthrow the
08:55
government six counts perjury four
08:57
counts obstruction of justice four
09:00
counts falsifying government documents
09:02
Andrew McCabe maybe I should be
09:05
mentioning well I think everyone knows
09:08
these names so I don’t need to go
09:10
through all of their former positions
09:11
but certainly they’re easy to search
09:13
their everyday names up there now but
09:15
all these guys are DOJ FBI CIA personnel
09:20
from the Obama days of Obama
09:22
administration so Andrew McCabe three
09:24
counts of conspiracy to overthrow the
09:26
government two counts of perjury three
09:27
counts of lying to Congress one count of
09:29
falsifying documents Bruce or FBI guy
09:33
three counts of conspiracy one count
09:37
falsifying documents Baker going to be
09:41
indicted but uncertain of what what
09:43
charges
09:44
Peter Peter struck three counts of
09:47
conspiracy to overthrow the government
09:48
four counts of perjury three counts of
09:50
falsifying documents which by the way
09:52
some of that’s probably being added to
09:54
right now based on the Flynn case which
09:56
is I think one of the reasons this is
09:58
being delayed three counts of conspiracy
10:00
to four page lisa page structs lover
10:03
both at the FBI three counts of
10:05
conspiracy to overthrow the government
10:06
three counts of perjury one count
10:08
obstruction of justice Rod Rosenstein of
10:10
five various charges that are not listed
10:14
Susan Rice illegal use of government
10:17
systems that’s interesting charge it’s
10:20
quite different than the rest three
10:22
counts of perjury one count of
10:23
obstruction so that’s the list in its
10:26
entirety that I have a couple comments
10:28
on all of this one as I said take this
10:32
with a grain of salt because while it
10:35
looks realistic to me and one of the
10:37
reasons I’m able to talk about it is is
10:39
is kind of the sourcing looks reasonable
10:41
and the information looks reasonable so
10:44
there’s a chance this is true but also
10:46
another thing to take into account all
10:48
of these charges could could change –
10:51
this stuff evolves over time and some of
10:54
these things could be the charges could
10:56
be it’s a sliding scale of the way the
10:58
government can charge you in criminal
11:00
cases and so they can have stiffer
11:01
charges like for example comparing tree
11:04
– conspiracy to overthrow the government
11:06
so that I’m assuming don’t know but I’m
11:10
assuming the penalties and what would
11:12
have to be proven and all of these are
11:14
kind of a sliding scale of going up and
11:16
down so this stuff could all be shifted
11:18
around even if this is exactly true
11:20
today it doesn’t mean it’s going to be
11:22
true a month from now things can be
11:24
added or taken off or negotiated through
11:26
plea deals and those sorts of things and
11:29
everybody here is gonna play out there
11:33
they’re going to if this is true they’re
11:36
not going to fight this in court now
11:38
just take for example someone like the
11:40
first one on the list which is Loretta
11:42
Lynch and three counts of conspiracy to
11:44
overthrow the government to counsel
11:46
obstruction of justice three counts of
11:47
lying in Congress you know three counts
11:49
of conspiracy to overthrow the
11:50
government that’s not that’s not a
11:51
six-month term in jail so if she if she
11:54
risks doing this you know that’s a lot
11:57
of counts and if they can prove one or
12:00
two or three you know if they can
12:02
convict her on half of it that’s
12:03
probably you virtually life in prison
12:06
for somebody like that you know twenty
12:08
or thirty years sentence and you know
12:10
she might live long enough to get out of
12:12
jail but you know her life will be
12:14
destroyed and reputation and everything
12:15
so they’re gonna try to plead this down
12:18
to accept plead guilty on lesser charges
12:21
which is SOP that’s how this stuff works
12:23
and these sorts of negotiations go on
12:26
absolutely every single day with
12:28
prosecutors and criminals that are that
12:31
are indicted so that’s basically the
12:34
information that’s out there like I said
12:35
it’s it tends to fit it’s interesting
12:38
but unconfirmed take it with a grain of
12:40
salt as I’ve said repeatedly don’t take
12:43
it to the bank but you know alone gee
12:45
wouldn’t this be a very interesting turn
12:47
of events
12:48
and certainly the circumstances indicate
12:51
what we’ve seen so far and what I’ve
12:53
long predicted is this fits what is the
12:56
natural result out of it and I remind
12:58
everybody of going back and looking at
12:59
the original FISA requests and when I
13:02
was able to read the the redacted
13:05
version and this all fits because these
13:07
are the types of crimes that it looks
13:09
like everybody was was committing any
13:12
idea when
13:14
this these events were actually gonna
13:15
take place like we we have what looks
13:18
like a pretty good outline of what the
13:20
list looks like when will the actual
13:22
indictments take place no idea right you
13:26
know it’s just so hard to say I again it
13:28
just pure speculation I’m sure there are
13:31
people who know but the part of the
13:33
problem with this is is it keeps
13:35
evolving and like I said I personally
13:38
believe that many of the people on this
13:41
this list this is this is out of the
13:43
durham investigation for the FISA thing
13:47
so we have now the Flynn case which it
13:51
looks conceivable that there might be
13:53
additional indictments that would come
13:55
out of that now I don’t know if this
13:57
process this judge on this case is doing
13:59
would delay those indictments but I
14:02
would guess just like I say from a
14:04
layman’s perspective I would guess that
14:06
that that judge stalling essentially on
14:10
this for whatever reasons would delay
14:13
these additional charges being brought
14:14
to bear and they for example Peter
14:17
Strock was very involved in the the
14:18
general Flynn thing so if if it is what
14:22
it appears to be that he was politically
14:24
targeted to just you know and they were
14:27
trying to destroy a political enemy
14:28
that’s you know a lot of laws would have
14:30
been broken in that and therefore they
14:32
would want to add charges to what’s
14:34
already on here for Peter stroke which
14:36
is I said three counts of conspiracy to
14:37
overthrow the government four counts of
14:39
perjury three counts of falsifying
14:41
documents just at a guess I would say
14:43
that counts of falsifying documents
14:45
would go way up and you know US Attorney
14:48
General are and US Attorney Durham I
14:50
guarantee you are very cautiously going
14:53
through all this stuff reviewing
14:55
everything it’s that just it takes time
14:57
I mean you know wild guess on my part I
15:00
would say probably not within 30 days
15:01
hopefully within 60 but I would say the
15:05
charges will be announced well before
15:07
elections you know there’s famously the
15:10
October Surprise timeframe so maybe
15:13
October I don’t know I would hope before
15:15
that but well
15:25
you

  1. Thank you for helping our country. Keep on keeping on. (I put this in the other email address.) If you got the other, then of course, you will know.
