brad johnson it is september 24th of
00:03
2020
00:04
and of course the news is so content
00:07
rich
00:07
and important these days it’s very
00:09
difficult to even folk
00:11
to drill down on some of the more uh
00:13
interesting ones but
00:15
an fbi agent did come out and did talk
00:18
about the
00:20
the fact that they knew that there were
00:23
these illegal emails on
00:25
on weiner’s laptop and that clinton
00:28
was violating secrets act and so on and
00:30
so on um
00:32
you look at that just like we look at
00:34
the thing about uh
00:36
biden’s son and some of the new
00:38
allegations and you just go okay well
00:41
we all kind of knew these people were
00:44
breaking laws
00:45
and then now it’s becoming indisputable
00:50
what what is going to happen with this
00:53
stuff
00:56
this is a a very interesting development
00:58
the fbi agent is a
01:00
gentleman named john robertson who uh
01:02
you know kudos to
01:03
to uh to this fbi agent he was the guy
01:06
out in seattle i believe who originally
01:09
discovered
01:10
all of these hillary clinton emails that
01:12
were left
01:14
out now this guy has expressed a lot of
01:17
frustration with the system
01:18
uh the system the fbi in particular and
01:21
he’s
01:22
he’s a whistleblower a real
01:24
whistleblower because what he’s
01:26
talking about are uh
01:29
is a situation where the law was broken
01:32
black and white
01:33
no discussion the laws were broken
01:36
and so he’s coming out and these laws
01:39
that were broken
01:40
were in essence covered up by fbi
01:43
leadership not in essence they were
01:44
covered up by fbi leadership
01:46
so when he discovered this giving the
01:49
background
01:50
he discovered all of these emails of
01:52
which there was classified information
01:54
and these were the
01:55
this was all on the anthony weiner
01:57
laptop he
01:58
was investigating the the sex charges
02:02
the inappropriate behavior with the
02:03
underage girls and stuff that anthony
02:05
weiner was involved in
02:07
and there is where he discovered these
02:08
classified documents
02:10
now that was where there was this famous
02:12
speech by then
02:14
fbi director james comey who came out
02:17
and basically
02:18
let hillary clinton off the hook for all
02:21
of this stuff and said
02:22
no prosecutor would go after her for
02:23
this they may have been sloppy but there
02:25
was no you know
02:27
uh effort to to do anything and he
02:29
admitted
02:30
in this that there were several hundred
02:34
uh classified documents on this computer
02:37
now let me reiterate for everybody three
02:40
or four hundred
02:42
call it 350 classified documents on a
02:45
computer at home which is this is
02:48
anthony weiner’s personal laptop
02:50
at home uh every one of those is
02:53
illegal now depending on the
02:54
classification that can be a
02:56
a a felony or it could be a misdemeanor
02:59
it could be different things but they’re
03:00
all illegal
03:01
we have people in jail or who have been
03:04
disgraced like
03:05
former cia director and and army general
03:08
petraeus who had one classified document
03:12
at home
03:12
his classified document was locked in
03:14
his drawer it didn’t get out to the
03:16
public
03:17
it was it was locked in his drawer at
03:18
home and he was cashier for that
03:21
and so here we have this computer
03:23
anthony weiner laptop with
03:25
what what james comey admitted to being
03:28
hundreds of documents on it
03:30
now this uh fbi agent john robertson
03:32
came out
03:33
he was prominently featured in the ig
03:36
inspection that was done of this this is
03:38
something i talked a great deal about at
03:41
the time
03:41
he wasn’t named but he was discussed in
03:44
detail
03:44
and one of the things he’s that the ig
03:47
painted him is being
03:48
paranoid because of what his reaction to
03:50
all this stuff was and he didn’t want to
03:52
get in trouble
03:53
but there they left out huge chunks of
03:56
it
03:56
and uh the ig inspection that was done
03:59
all of those guys
04:00
need to be criminally investigated for
04:02
the report the final report that they
04:04
put together on this because
04:05
it was deeply misleading and this man
04:08
was was
04:08
unfairly targeted as part of that ig
04:11
report
04:12
i remember in reading that report at
04:13
least three or four times they called
04:15
him paranoid
04:16
uh which deeply uh you know
04:19
unfair and and misleading as to the
04:21
truth
04:22
and you know he was out saying he was
04:25
the guy that said in the ig report
04:28
that james comey misled the american
04:30
public
04:31
when he when he referred to several
04:34
hundred
04:35
classified documents on the computer and
04:37
said that he was off by essentially a
04:39
factor of ten
04:40
so we’re we’re you know we’re we’re
04:42
going to uh
04:44
thousands of classified documents on
04:46
that computer
04:47
not hundreds which that’s there’s just
04:50
no way that that that
04:51
within that body of classified documents
04:54
some of which were
04:55
according to the ig report nsa some were
04:57
cia
04:58
some were state departments some were
04:59
different things some of those are going
05:02
to be felonies
05:03
so you know if somebody’s got 150
05:06
felonies against them
05:07
each one of those are individually a
05:09
crime they could they could they could
05:11
be prosecuted however they want
05:12
but this has never been looked at and
05:14
that’s what this fbi agent came out and
05:16
said
05:17
that it wasn’t being handled ethically
05:19
or morally
05:20
it wasn’t being handled according to the
05:22
law and
05:23
what he was told was that
05:27
the fbi supervisors were telling him to
05:31
erase all that stuff
05:32
and just shut up and go home and erase
05:34
it all and forget about
05:35
it well that is obstruction of justice
05:39
that’s
05:39
cover-up of a crime and as i said i mean
05:43
that’s why i kind of hit this hard early
05:44
on
05:45
every one of those classified documents
05:47
is a crime of one sort or another
05:49
a lot of people have gotten in trouble
05:50
for one and we know for a fact
05:52
there were thousands of documents on
05:54
there the fbi report
05:56
also went on to say that there was a
05:58
large section
06:00
of that memory that this fbi agent john
06:03
robinson was looking at
06:05
and it looked like uh that only about 10
06:08
of it had been looked at so if the other
06:11
90 percent contained additional
06:13
information of that nature we are now
06:16
talking
06:17
maybe 30 000 classified documents
06:20
there was a second ig report that
06:22
computer laptop was then moved to
06:24
quantico
06:25
where the fbi has its labs for
06:27
exploitation it’s where they do all
06:28
their forensic stuff
06:29
or their main forensic stuff and there
06:32
at that lab they looked at it and found
06:33
there was a second memory that had not
06:35
yet even been discovered initially
06:38
and that had an equal number of data in
06:40
it so now
06:41
we’re looking at possibly as much as 60
06:45
000 classified documents out there and
06:48
nobody knows
06:50
nobody knows how many because it’s never
06:51
been looked at and exploited
06:53
it is being kept it still by the fbi uh
06:57
the fbi in these matters is just so
06:59
horribly untrustworthy
07:01
i wouldn’t be surprised if that whole
07:03
computer has been
07:04
wiped it’s all gone and the evidence
07:06
destroyed
07:07
that to me is where one of the areas
07:10
that
07:11
u.s attorney general bar needs to dig in
07:13
it has not been mentioned
07:14
publicly as part of the john us attorney
07:17
john durham’s investigation
07:19
but i pray that it is because that
07:22
that’s a crime i mean this is the
07:24
equivalent of
07:25
walking into a room and finding a dead
07:27
body with two holes in the head where
07:29
they got shot
07:30
that’s not suicide boys and girls that’s
07:33
that’s a crime
07:34
now you don’t know who did it you don’t
07:35
have the smoking gun there but you’re
07:37
looking at this
07:38
body on the ground with two holes in the
07:40
head and you can
07:41
you don’t need a criminal forensic
07:44
scientist
07:44
panel to come out and tell you that
07:46
that’s a crime that was a murder
07:48
same thing with these classified
07:50
documents on somebody’s computer at home
07:53
those are crimes there it is now go back
07:56
and figure out who did it who’s guilty
07:58
for it that’s a separate issue but you
08:00
know you have a crime
08:01
and to cover it up and not investigate
08:03
it is it can only be described
08:06
as political corruption on the part of
08:08
the fbi this is something i’ve talked
08:10
about for a very long time
08:12
and it’s one of the reasons why
08:15
former fbi director james comey was
08:17
fired
08:18
and it’s one of the reasons why i say
08:20
often as i can
08:21
that current fbi director christopher
08:25
wray
08:25
is in completely over his head he has no
08:27
concept
08:28
of of how a a large agency like the fbi
08:33
needs to be handled
08:34
and how to get the reputation of the fbi
08:36
back
08:37
in order and you cannot cover up crimes
08:41
and expect everyone to respect the fbi
08:43
and by trying to cover it up he thinks
08:45
he’s protecting the reputation of the
08:47
fbi
08:47
he’s not christopher wray the fbi
08:50
director is destroying the reputation of
08:52
the fbi
08:54
director ray you want to get it back
08:56
clean up the mess
08:57
you know put those people in jail who
08:59
belong in jail for whatever crimes they
09:01
did
09:01
then people will respect the fbi once
09:03
again so this this former fbi agent
09:06
john robertson is out he’s laid it all
09:08
out in public for everybody
09:10
he was prominently mentioned in the two
09:12
fbi ig reports we all know it’s all
09:15
there
09:16
the crimes are proven on that laptop
09:19
if it still exists in quantico so all it
09:23
has to be done is it just needs to be
09:25
uh investigated and prosecuted and uh
09:28
you cannot have
09:29
a corruption-free fbi as long as you
09:32
have things like that sitting there so
09:34
that’s the challenge this is a a direct
09:36
assault
09:38
on fbi director ray and let’s see what
09:41
happens from here but
09:42
it this is a travesty of justice and
09:44
this is that two-tiered justice system
09:46
that we all talk about and complain
09:48
about and until these sorts of things
09:50
are followed up on and taken care of
09:52
we’re not out of that two-tiered system
09:55
when there’s a special law that makes it
09:57
a crime to lie to the fbi
09:59
and the fbi has a trail of these kinds
10:02
of things behind it
10:04
you can see why people of good
10:06
conscience would start to form
10:08
contempt for the organization
10:42
you
