Belarus’ missile defense bases coveted by China & Russia

Belarus’ Lukashenko sits sweetly waiting to see who offers the best financial deal – China or Russia. With both a communications and a radar military base owned by Russia, (at the moment) it sits fairly close to Europe. Talk of integrating their economy with Russia for decades, it has yet to happen. Now China shows interest. Being of great strategic value, the corrupt Lukashenko stands to profit either way.
