00:17
welcome to stand
00:18
the gap today with your host the
00:20
honorable sam rohr
00:22
president of the american pastors
00:23
network addressing the most pressing
00:25
issues impacting our economy
00:27
our homes our churches our culture and
00:30
our daily lives
00:31
from a biblical and constitutional
00:33
perspective
00:34
stand in the gap today transforming the
00:37
culture
00:38
one heart at a time well today in
00:41
washington d.c america watches i’m sure
00:44
you are
00:45
i know we are but not just us the entire
00:48
world is watching two ideological sides
00:52
uh aligned in a i’ll say a similar
00:55
fashion to the biblical story of david
00:57
and
00:58
goliath the philistines i’m i’m
01:00
referring to them
01:01
they’re the globalists the marxist
01:03
islamists and
01:05
the bribed and the corrupted of today
01:08
that group
01:09
together ideologically anticipate a
01:11
victory
01:12
through a stolen election
01:15
we know that it’s obvious but so many um
01:18
don’t they believe and i would say
01:20
demonically planned
01:22
and executed on the other side or
01:25
perhaps a
01:26
million or so patriotic americans are
01:30
gathering on the ground many already
01:32
there
01:33
and and perhaps um more than 70 million
01:36
plus
01:36
other americans across the nation are
01:38
watching uh president
01:40
trump at this point 75 u.s congressmen
01:44
uh in a dozen or so u.s senators like
01:46
little david with the armies of israel
01:48
gathered on the other side
01:50
not at all certain as to the outcome but
01:53
so many praying that god would bring
01:55
forth the truth
01:57
and that justice would be done that’s
01:59
what we’ve talked about a lot here
02:01
in our prayers with that i welcome you
02:04
to the program today i’m sam rohr and
02:05
i’ll be joined by dr gary dahl
02:08
real i want to bring in right now a new
02:09
guest to stand in the gap today
02:12
now but a guest that i’ve carefully
02:14
selected to help us
02:15
understand key facts and to understand
02:19
a very fundamental key
02:22
question that i know we all share about
02:25
what’s happening in dc today
02:27
and that’s regarding information or we
02:31
refer to it often as
02:32
intelligence and information and
02:35
intelligence specifically
02:36
about the attempted election theft
02:40
is information known if so by whom
02:45
and why is that information at least at
02:48
this point
02:49
why hasn’t it come out because without
02:52
truth there is no justice
02:54
information withheld is a serious matter
02:58
my guest today is eminently qualified to
03:00
speak on these matters of intelligence
03:01
since he is a retired cia operative
03:04
and station chief and he is the founder
03:06
of americans for intelligence reform
03:08
which you can find at their website
03:11
intelreform.org his name is brad johnson
03:14
brad does a great deal of speaking
03:16
writing and consulting on matters of
03:17
intelligence and intelligence gathering
03:20
and more and with that i want to welcome
03:22
to stand in the gap today right now brad
03:24
johnson brad thank you for being with us
03:26
uh thank you so much for having me it’s
03:28
a real pleasure to speak with you today
03:30
uh brad um you are an expert here we
03:32
have a lot to get in
03:34
so um again we’re gonna get right into
03:36
it take just a moment if you don’t mind
03:38
and share with our
03:39
listeners today why you founded
03:42
americans for intelligence reform why is
03:45
that was your organization important
03:48
well after i retired from the cia i i
03:51
fully intended to have nothing
03:52
whatsoever to do with anything of that
03:54
nature again
03:55
and and circumstances kind of led me
03:57
back into it there was the
03:59
the chinese hack of the government
04:03
files that was opm the office of
04:06
personnel management my name came out of
04:08
that
04:08
the chinese ended up selling it or
04:11
giving it to some local criminal group
04:13
of some sort who
04:14
then began to call in harass and make
04:16
death threats and that sort of thing so
04:18
it was one of those things where i said
04:19
well okay i guess you’re never
04:21
really able to retire and kind of
04:23
disappear into the
04:25
background having come out of the cia so
04:27
i saw that i had to become active again
04:29
and did and started looking around for
04:31
groups that were very active in trying
04:34
to
04:34
reform some of the problems because
04:36
intelligence and the intelligence
04:38
community has become
04:39
so highly politicized and worse it’s
04:42
become weaponized
04:43
and as i looked around and asked around
04:45
and started uh you know contacting
04:47
friends on the hill
04:48
different congressmen and so on uh
04:50
discovered that there was no such group
04:52
at least from the
04:54
conservative constitutional conservative
04:56
christian conservative
04:58
perspective there was no one like that
05:00
there was no group
05:01
so i founded one myself i was that was
05:04
the the only way i found to go forward
05:06
and that’s where
05:07
americans for intelligence reform came
05:09
from and what led me to
05:10
to get going on it excellent uh brad for
05:13
this purpose right now i’d just like you
05:15
to make a listing when we hear
05:16
intelligence we’ve heard a lot of it
05:18
through the last uh four
05:20
years here of the trump administration
05:22
we have intelligent leaks we have
05:24
the national nsa and changing of the
05:26
guard there
05:28
there’s a lot of entities involved could
05:29
you just describe for us briefly
05:32
what constitutes the intelligence
05:34
community what agencies
05:36
uh are a part of that can you kind of
05:38
give some shape to that for us please
05:41
sure um the intelligence community
05:44
itself
05:44
is made up by 17 agencies so it’s
05:47
actually
05:47
uh you know quite big and robust not
05:50
just
05:50
the principal ones i would say are that
05:53
everyone has probably heard of
05:55
uh central intelligence agency the cia
05:57
defense intelligence agency
05:59
national reconnaissance office united
06:02
states department of state
06:03
federal bureau of investigation and then
06:05
also in part of that you have
06:07
all the uh the dod the department of
06:10
defense the military
06:11
is is divided out by branch so the navy
06:15
forms its own it has its own
06:16
intelligence the army and the marine
06:17
corps
06:18
etc etc so that’s the core of it and
06:21
it’s um
06:22
as i said it’s it’s very large very
06:24
robust and
06:25
what happened coming out of 911 is the
06:28
director of national intelligence
06:30
was created as a position to kind of
06:33
head up
06:34
and keep organized all of these
06:35
different uh agencies
06:38
because there has been a lot of mission
06:40
creep and
06:41
overlap and bloating and things so that
06:43
position was created in order to do that
06:45
and of course one of my pet peeves is
06:47
the director of national intelligence
06:49
started out being a position of maybe
06:51
100 people and slowly grew to where now
06:53
it’s thousands of people
06:55
and they indeed have mission creep and
06:56
bloating of their own so it’s just
06:58
government that operating as it normally
07:01
does
07:02
government at its very best i guess you
07:04
could say we’re very worst i’m not sure
07:06
brad but it’s delight to have you with
07:08
us
07:08
we hear that word intelligence we
07:10
understand that intelligence is
07:12
important but
07:13
number one really what is the
07:16
the res the responsibility those who are
07:18
involved in intelligence what do the
07:20
intelligence gatherings entities do
07:22
and who are they responsible to are they
07:25
responsible to the executive branch in
07:27
the president of the united states or
07:29
to whom are they responsible well it’s a
07:31
little different for each one
07:33
and uh as as you would probably
07:36
recognize most listeners
07:37
would understand for example the
07:39
department of defense
07:40
navy intelligence marine army uh
07:44
the um a dia which of course is also
07:47
under the military
07:48
all of those then report back up through
07:50
military channels and report to the
07:52
secretary of defense
07:53
who does openly as a you know cabinet
07:55
member report to the president
07:57
so ultimately of course it all goes to
07:58
the president but you have
08:00
intelligence uh you know it could come
08:02
under treasury it can come under
08:04
different factions the cia of course
08:07
does report directly to the president
08:09
although now with the dni there’s kind
08:12
of an additional layer but that
08:14
individual also reports directly to the
08:16
president so it’s
08:17
it’s kind of a hodgepodge of a little
08:19
bit of everything
08:20
okay with that uh brad thank you i have
08:22
to break away here ladies and gentlemen
08:23
stay with us we’re giving an
08:25
intelligence
08:25
update right now brad johnson retired
08:28
cia
08:29
operative and station chief we’re
08:31
talking about intelligence
08:32
and we’re going to go next in the next
08:34
segment i’m going to ask him
08:36
what information is actually known about
08:37
this election and why hasn’t been
08:39
released
08:40
[Music]
08:42
you’re listening to stan in the gap
08:44
today for more information visit our
08:46
website at
08:47
stand in the gap radio dot com well
08:50
today as we do this program folks are
08:52
gathered in washington dc all
08:54
eyes are there what’s going to happen
08:58
what information is going to be
09:00
presented how will the senate respond
09:03
what’s going to happen in the house all
09:04
of these things right
09:06
it’s a big deal and it’s all going to be
09:08
linked to
09:10
evidence or we could say intelligence i
09:13
was thinking about this from a biblical
09:14
perspective and
09:16
i thought of the the book of proverbs
09:17
chapter 20 and verse 18
09:19
it says this every purpose is
09:21
established by council
09:23
and with good advice make war you can
09:27
substitute counsel for information
09:29
intelligence it’s all kind of put
09:31
together and i thought about this as
09:33
well
09:33
after being delivered from the bondage
09:35
of egyptian slavery moses sent 12 spies
09:37
across the jordan river
09:39
their command spy out the land
09:42
their purpose conduct intelligence
09:44
gathering
09:45
find out about the land the people in
09:47
the land their military strengths and
09:49
their weaknesses
09:50
but then there was a reporting component
09:52
of intelligence gathering which then
09:54
led to intelligence analog analysis and
09:57
then ultimately
09:59
a decision by the leader how should we
10:02
proceed or act
10:03
on the intelligence given
10:06
we know that story twelve spies saw they
10:09
all gathered the same intel
10:11
yet ten interpreted it one way into
10:15
another ten used it to short-circuit
10:18
god’s plan for israel and
10:20
to deprive the people of god’s blessing
10:22
in short they manipulated the
10:24
intelligence out of fear and who knows
10:26
whatever reasons but two spies
10:28
joshua caleb said the only right thing
10:31
to do with this intelligence is to
10:33
proceed forward
10:34
and trust the lord for the results that
10:37
brings us to the role of intelligence
10:39
and the part it is playing
10:41
or should play in regard to the security
10:43
of our nation
10:45
and the desire to expose the efforts to
10:47
steal an election
10:49
and subvert justice in america and
10:51
ultimately
10:52
well we’re going to talk about who has
10:54
that information what do they have
10:56
and what should they do with it brad you
10:59
again as a former retired cia operative
11:02
and station chief and now
11:04
uh the founder of uh intel
11:08
reform.org that’s where the la the the
11:10
site is americans for intelligence
11:12
reform
11:12
i have two questions for you to answer
11:14
i’m going to pose one and then gary is
11:16
going to pose
11:16
you the other but here’s this
11:20
we got a lot of intel out there uh but
11:22
as of this point
11:23
it seemed at least six or more states
11:27
in the house the same may happen here’s
11:29
my question
11:31
does the evidence the intelligence
11:34
does it exist as to for instance the
11:36
role
11:37
of the dominion voting machines the
11:40
algorithm
11:41
allegedly in place to switch and
11:43
manipulate votes the alleged location of
11:45
the dominion server
11:47
in germany the degree of tampering the
11:49
degree to which china or russia
11:51
were and or are involved does
11:54
this intelligence exist brad
11:58
and if so who is or
12:01
should be or could be
12:04
in possession of this information
12:09
well i i would say you know almost
12:11
certainly the
12:12
the information does exist uh and
12:15
and you’ve covered quite a swath there
12:18
there’s a number of layers to this that
12:19
are a problem
12:20
and one of the things i’ve talked a
12:22
great deal about is is how this
12:24
scenario played out that the embassy in
12:26
rome was involved in just
12:28
just um yesterday additional information
12:31
surfaced saying a man
12:33
a u.s citizen named stefano serafini
12:36
was the state department employee who
12:39
who set all of this up to take place and
12:42
he retired the day before the election
12:45
took place and moved back to the states
12:47
so that he couldn’t be forced to testify
12:49
couldn’t be subject to an ig inspection
12:51
couldn’t be deposed and all those things
12:53
as a private citizen
12:54
so i think there’s ample proof out there
12:58
but then you say does it exist that goes
13:01
into a separate area because
13:03
just because now i have not spoken to
13:05
this person but let’s say i had and he
13:07
confessed everything to me
13:09
and i knew all the details of precisely
13:11
how it was done that does not constitute
13:13
as
13:13
evidence because it’s just me it’s just
13:16
him telling me this stuff
13:18
where you create evidence is if it’s
13:20
investigated
13:21
by the federal government in some way it
13:23
could be
13:24
a defense intelligence agency dia out of
13:27
the military could be the fbi it could
13:28
be some other
13:29
arm of law enforcement at that point you
13:32
have an official investigation
13:34
and that information that they would
13:36
find out and they would confirm
13:37
that would be evidence the problem is
13:40
here
13:41
with all of this that the way this is
13:42
set up is the most of the federal
13:44
agencies
13:45
are now controlled by activists and we
13:48
all famously know
13:49
activist judges well activist judges
13:51
what are they
13:52
activist judges are actually people who
13:55
have set aside the constitution set
13:57
aside u.s
13:58
laws and they take their personal
14:00
political beliefs
14:02
and they make that preeminent and they
14:04
make their decisions based on their
14:05
personal opinion
14:07
of politics that’s what activism is it
14:10
is a
14:10
horrible cancer in our society and these
14:13
activist judges
14:14
are an element of that well that carries
14:17
over into a lot of other places we have
14:19
activist politicians
14:20
we have activist judges we have
14:23
activists
14:24
in law enforcement we have activists in
14:27
intelligence
14:28
and they are all the same they all put
14:30
their personal political beliefs ahead
14:32
of the constitution
14:33
ahead of the law and ahead of morality
14:35
and so that’s the
14:36
the underlying problem here they it’s
14:39
the information has not been turned into
14:41
evidence because
14:42
doj the department of justice won’t
14:45
investigate it they steadfast
14:47
refuse to look at it the fbi refuses to
14:50
investigate it
14:51
they steadfastly refuse to get involved
14:54
so that’s the nature of the problem it’s
14:56
the activist
14:57
individuals that have that form that
15:00
swamp that president trump has referred
15:02
to
15:02
that are blocking all of this wow that
15:06
that’s quite revealing in essence what
15:09
you’re saying that there is information
15:11
there
15:12
that could be turned into evidence but
15:14
the activists
15:15
do not want to turn that into evidence
15:18
just
15:18
shortly or quickly yes or no to that and
15:20
then i want to follow that up
15:22
it’s absolutely correct uh and
15:24
absolutely yes
15:26
okay so that would then show us why the
15:29
intelligence about the election the
15:31
dominion machines and the china
15:33
connection
15:33
really is not coming out and being being
15:36
acted upon
15:38
that’s absolutely correct it’s it’s a
15:39
just a travesty of justice
15:42
these these activists that have taken
15:44
over the different federal agencies and
15:46
certainly in the leadership positions
15:48
uh are are just they they don’t like it
15:51
and we’ve even seen
15:53
the within the republican party there’s
15:55
a large element that just does not like
15:57
president trump period they don’t care
15:59
about anything else the only thing they
16:01
care about is not like not liking
16:03
president trump and wanting to get rid
16:04
of him regardless of the truth
16:06
and that is a problem they are also in
16:08
this activist class
16:10
and and they’re blocking all of this
16:12
going forward that is the essential
16:14
problem
16:15
of president trump right now today
16:18
and with that brad because gary asked
16:21
the question that i think everybody has
16:22
okay you answered it intelligence and
16:25
evidence
16:27
not in the legal senate evidence but the
16:29
facts are known
16:30
people are known the process is known
16:34
well all right nobody’s going to come
16:37
forth
16:38
can do any senators have the ability
16:40
right now to bring anything forth
16:42
is there a possibility is there a
16:44
possibility
16:45
that the president yet today could
16:48
declassify certain bits of information
16:51
and bring it forward as an example
16:53
because here we are wouldn’t it be
16:54
terrible
16:55
to lose our republic because information
16:58
is available
16:59
and certain people just choose to refuse
17:01
to act upon it
17:04
yes and i i don’t know what information
17:07
the president
17:08
has uh now it’s it’s also been revealed
17:11
in the last couple of days in a number
17:12
of ways on twitter
17:13
some comments the president has made and
17:16
a different some different press
17:17
releases that have come out of people
17:18
who have
17:19
indeed talked to the president so the
17:21
president is fully aware of of this
17:23
italian
17:23
mi6 state department cia uh
17:27
uh information that’s out there he is
17:28
aware of it what can be done i i just
17:31
don’t know
17:32
uh if there’s classified information you
17:34
know i don’t have access to that anymore
17:36
because it’s 22 hours
17:37
i’m not sure but i will say the
17:40
president has given orders to the cia to
17:42
declassify some information and release
17:44
it
17:45
and according to reporting by the
17:47
federalist society who’s been dead on
17:49
this stuff for a long time
17:50
it is being blocked personally by the
17:53
by gina haspel who’s the director of the
17:55
cia
17:57
so if if if things are as we believe
18:00
them to be
18:01
gina haspel would be part of that
18:03
activist group of people who’s
18:05
who’s personally stepping in to make
18:08
sure that this information that would
18:10
come out in support of the president is
18:11
blocked
18:12
so it’s it’s that that would make her
18:14
part of this precise problem
18:16
and certainly that’s what we’ve seen out
18:18
of the fbi and doj and the others it’s
18:20
just
18:21
there is nobody in authority who’s in
18:23
position
18:24
to move this forward and get the
18:26
information out he’s willing to
18:28
do it and it’s because of this dislike
18:30
distrust hatred of president trump so
18:33
the i’m not even sure how to describe it
18:37
politely here on the parade
18:38
well i’m going to describe it this way
18:40
it’s treason uh i’ve
18:42
taken the oath many times of all and uh
18:44
and when someone violates their oath
18:46
that’s exactly what it is by definition
18:48
now the question is
18:49
at this juncture the courts have refused
18:51
to get involved
18:52
they have not permitted the the
18:54
presenting of the evidence that
18:56
is there now it comes to senate now
18:58
comes to congress
19:00
and perhaps involvement of the state
19:01
legislatures
19:03
that is an unusual in either way it
19:05
looks to me
19:06
like a bumpy ride these next few weeks
19:09
do you
19:11
i i couldn’t agree more and i i’m um
19:14
i’m not optimistic about what’s going to
19:16
happen today
19:18
unfortunately the numbers on both the
19:20
senate and house side
19:21
by patriots who want to do the right
19:24
thing it’s just too small
19:26
and the democrats with nancy pelosi
19:29
control the house and just for example
19:33
she’s only giving them an hour for
19:35
debate of this entire topic and out of
19:38
that
19:38
hour they’re going to be required to
19:40
give part of that hour to
19:42
other congressmen who don’t even believe
19:44
that there’s any
19:45
uh any irregularities in the voting so
19:48
the people the patriots who want to talk
19:50
about this probably at best they’re
19:52
going to get a half hour to talk about
19:54
this on their head and that is uh that
19:55
is outrageous brad
