Americans for Intelligence Reform

Brad Johnson, President, and retired CIA Senior Officer and Chief of Staff. Insight into current events from an intelligence angle.

Cannibalism in cereal commercials? A leftist attack on West.

Noticing something odd about a breakfast cereal commercial, Brad Johnson, retired Senior CIA Officer and President of Americans for Intelligence Reform, couldn’t help but noticing it again and again. It was animated, humanized breakfast cereal characters eating each other.( Now that you can never un-hear that, you will be looking everywhere for examples. It appears in other products too.) Sadly, proponents of cannibalism have begun speaking out claiming it’s a way to save the planet. Tying this into the cereal, Brad suggests you put on your propaganda-sensing glasses and see this for what it is – radical left wing individuals bent on destroying traditional cultural norms and taboos. Once done, control of the people and a new “rational” socialist world order will arrive. Watch for more examples…

Brad Johnson you uh had some
00:03
observations about shifts in the popular
00:07
culture TV and so on I think that’s
00:10
actually something that’s really
00:12
important to keep an eye on what if you
00:13
got yeah it’s kind of an interesting
00:16
trend that I’ve noticed it’s it’s one of
00:18
those things you know you sort of once
00:20
you have the glasses on looking for
00:22
propaganda it
00:23
it’s interesting how often it it pops up
00:26
it’s just as a little side note it’s one
00:28
of those things you get trained in
00:30
surveillance detection and start driving
00:31
around you’d be surprised how often well
00:34
at least around the Washington DC
00:36
Capitol area how often you actually end
00:38
up driving through somebody surveilling
00:40
somebody else it’s it’s actually oddly
00:42
surprisingly common at any rate the
00:45
propaganda glasses as I’m talking about
00:47
just looking at it one of the things
00:48
I’ve noticed is particularly in the
00:52
field of breakfast products like
00:55
breakfast cereals and a little toaster
00:58
pop up sorts of things those those sorts
01:00
of breakfast items the theme of these
01:03
seems to surround about like how much
01:05
these little things are they’re
01:08
humanized and you know they’re walking
01:10
talking have eyes and mouths and arms
01:13
legs and stuff and then they eat each
01:15
other so what is happy no walking
01:18
talking creatures humanized eating each
01:20
other is is essentially cannibalism and
01:23
so this is this is presented as some fun
01:26
happy-go-lucky really great thing to go
01:29
do is to it’s this stuff is so
01:32
irresistible you just have to have it
01:33
even if it’s cannibalism sort of thing
01:35
and I find that very odd and it’s one of
01:38
those things that you know once now
01:40
anyone listening to this has had that
01:42
mentioned to them you’re gonna start to
01:43
see that in all sorts of TV commercials
01:45
and it’s not just one or two or one
01:48
company it’s multiple companies and
01:50
multiple products where this is done and
01:52
it’s in all kind of all sorts of little
01:54
things where the animated little
01:55
humanized characters eat each other and
01:58
I just find that odd you know that never
02:03
would have been a TV commercial before
02:05
so just just carrying it forward and
02:07
then now kind of switching gears one of
02:10
the things we’ve seen is
02:11
just a slightly increase in volume out
02:14
there in the world of discussions of
02:17
actual cannibalism where it’s openly
02:19
discussed as cannibalism and there was
02:21
some professor I believe it was in
02:22
Denmark maybe six months ago or so they
02:26
came out with his proposal for actual
02:30
cannibalism as a cure to many of the
02:32
world’s ills and he said well I
02:35
understand it’s a taboo item and you
02:37
know this is going to require a lot of
02:38
time to overcome taboos and we have to
02:40
really be thinking rationally and all
02:41
this that’s how he described cannibalism
02:44
not me and that you know it’s so good
02:48
for all of us because you know we
02:50
wouldn’t have to start raising cattle
02:51
you know who have flatulence that create
02:55
global warming and you know drawl the
02:57
stuff out of the environment we will be
02:59
able to get rid of all of that because
03:01
we’re just going to eat each other and
03:03
so I mean that actually was a serious
03:07
professor I mean this is a guy who’s you
03:08
know PhD professor to university and you
03:11
know writes papers and he’s well-known
03:13
well-established in academia you know
03:15
that’s what academia has to offer these
03:17
days and then there was the case not too
03:19
long ago some girls screaming and shoes
03:20
up some sort of meeting everyone might
03:22
recall a few months back where she was
03:24
screaming at the top of our lungs eat
03:25
the babies eat the babies it’s the only
03:27
way to save Earth and so you’re starting
03:30
to see these sort of odd cracks and what
03:33
sort of normal behavior normal way of
03:36
thought and something you and I have
03:39
discussed it’s you know there are a few
03:41
things that all of us as humans around
03:45
the world have in common common and one
03:48
of them for the most part I mean there
03:50
are some minor exceptions here and there
03:52
but for the most part cannibalism is
03:54
just a tableau item that nobody really
03:57
promotes as a cultural item or anything
04:00
so this is seems to be you know to me
04:03
it’s kind of two things one I think it’s
04:05
this radical weirdo left wing nut job
04:09
Froot Loops group of people out there
04:11
that actually believe in that sort of
04:13
stuff that you know
04:15
we have to get rid of raising cattle for
04:17
food because that’s somehow mean and bad
04:21
to the earth and global warming or
04:23
whatever but yet eating people’s okay
04:25
that’s not mean that’s okay so I I think
04:29
there’s actually that is an element
04:31
within the left that is take is starting
04:34
to form and coalesce around this concept
04:37
in others and weird that now media in
04:41
any form and TV commercials are a part
04:43
of media in some ways and they seem to
04:47
be coinciding in that there seems to be
04:49
almost like a self-reinforcing sort of
04:52
movement going on out there now I don’t
04:55
think this is something where you know
04:56
you’ve got a Star Chamber of ten people
04:58
that are trying to convert the earth all
05:00
cannibals sort of thing and and but I do
05:03
think you see some things where the
05:05
counterculture movement that hippie move
05:07
into the 60s where they all growing up
05:09
are still steadfastly as part of the
05:12
left trying to damage and destroy
05:16
civilized culture and because as they
05:19
destroyed it it gives them this vacuum
05:21
to step into and of course they don’t
05:23
want to be judged do they want to be
05:25
able to control and this is one of those
05:27
methods of control so it’s a very odd
05:30
trend that I see out there in a
05:33
propaganda fashion that worries me as a
05:36
trend and there’s this constant attempt
05:40
to break down civilized culture and and
05:43
ways and norms of behavior and all the
05:47
things that we’ve seen since basically
05:48
the 60s and 70s like back in you know 30
05:52
or 40 years ago for example language was
05:54
something you basically didn’t swear or
05:56
openly in in polite company if you did
05:59
it was part of a joke one little word
06:01
here or there or something or the guys
06:02
standing in the corner having drinks
06:03
telling jokes or so things along those
06:06
lines but it wasn’t you know
06:07
grandpa and your wives and girlfriends
06:10
and things like that or it was it was
06:12
done you know kind of off to the side
06:15
because it was it was an uncivilized
06:17
behavior but we’ve seen this breakdown
06:19
that is being pushed by the left all of
06:21
the time and there’s many elements that
06:24
we’ve seen out there it’s not now for
06:26
example I’ll get in trouble for this but
06:28
let’s let’s take the gay movement and
06:30
that was one of the things that for a
06:32
long time it was equal rights for gays
06:34
so that they’re not unfairly fired just
06:38
for being gay those sorts of things so
06:39
they got protection for it okay fine you
06:42
know they should be treated like any
06:44
other person and judged on their merits
06:47
and if they do well in a job they should
06:49
keep the job if they’re really crapping
06:51
the job then they should be fired like
06:52
anyone else is really crapping the job
06:54
so we kind of achieved that but that’s
06:56
not where it stopped then it went to
06:58
where this is some sort of huge positive
07:00
and just here in the United States we
07:02
had a candidate for president on the
07:03
Democratic side who’s really his only
07:06
you know was a mayor of a little tiny
07:07
town didn’t really have any experience
07:09
or background and anything that would
07:11
qualify him to be president other than
07:12
the fact that he was gay
07:13
and so he was promoted as the gay
07:15
candidate for president which you know I
07:19
kind of go back to the original concept
07:21
they should be judged fairly as a person
07:23
neither you know nothing given to them
07:26
as extra or nothing take nothing taken
07:29
away from them as a negative based on
07:32
the fact they’re gay just judge them as
07:33
people and they’re people like everybody
07:35
else that should be judged exactly that
07:37
way it’s you know being gay doesn’t give
07:39
you some grand insight to the universe
07:41
where you’re wanting to be this
07:42
wonderful president United States nor
07:44
does it do the opposite so it’s it’s
07:47
where they’ve taken something this far
07:48
where what’s reasonable and then they’ve
07:51
built upon it to something that’s not
07:52
reasonable and why I think it’s just
07:55
attack on cultural norms and things like
07:58
that you know should should
07:59
homosexuality be accepted and just
08:02
treated like any other person
08:04
okay fine but then should it be promoted
08:07
and treated as some sort of
08:09
exceptionally positive thing and that is
08:12
where you see the culture being attacked
08:13
not the first part so that’s actually
08:16
two completely separate items and
08:18
and here you see it in the cannibalism
08:20
and you language and you know sexual
08:25
activities and all of these things you
08:27
see you don’t where you kind of come to
08:29
a point where that’s all kind of fine
08:31
and good and positive and normal then
08:33
being exaggerated out into this point
08:35
where it’s not and it’s done in such a
08:37
way to try it and basically diminish the
08:40
culture and a lot of rural cultures that
08:43
way but the the cannibalism thing I find
08:45
actually kind of alarming in some ways
08:47
and it’s going on noticed I mean I
08:49
mentioned I’ve mentioned this to a
08:50
number of friends and just say hey you
08:51
ever noticed how all these breakfast TV
08:54
commercials promote cannibalism they’re
08:56
going to Wed now you know and then
08:58
they’ll come back a month or two later
08:59
go you know you’re right I see a lot of
09:01
commercials like that now that this is
09:02
mentioned I would say everybody just
09:04
kind of take a look at that look at
09:06
where your something that’s really not a
09:10
good thing is being promoted at this
09:13
point and cannibalism concept is the
09:16
case you point to me so I find all this
09:18
very interesting and and you I think
09:21
this is a two-prong thing one thing
09:22
there are extreme left that want
09:24
cannibalism and then there’s also the
09:27
general left that wants the breakdown of
09:29
society so they can rebuild it in the
09:31
socialist model so I think it’s a
09:33
two-pronged attack that’s just sort of
09:35
subtle and kind of going under the radar
09:37
thank you very much Brad Johnson yeah
09:39
there is an attack on the culture using
09:42
every possible vector of attack that
09:46
that the imaginations of thousands of
09:48
Communists can have can think of over
09:50
the last hundred years
