For many years, the Unite Kingdom has been a bastion of stability and security. The state of its infrastructure, economy, and overall politics has been regarded as one of the most prosperous and successful countries in Europe. However, as of late, the UK is facing scrutiny from both internal and external sources due to the government’s liberal policies. These policies are perceived to be causing the country to slowly fall apart with the ultimate destruction of the nation, if not properly addressed.
Firstly, it is argued that the UK is falling apart due to a lack of economic security caused by liberal policies. It is argued that current economic policies have lead to a lack of economic stability in the nation, allowing for sectarianism and division to take root as a result of poverty and inequality. The UK has seen a significant decrease in its economic stability, as key public institutions and services such as healthcare, education and the police have fallen drastically since 2010 when the current government began its policies. Furthermore, it is argued that the recent Brexit negotiations have only furthered the instability within the country and have hampered the economy and public services even further.
In addition, it is argued that the UK’s security and unity is further waning due to liberalism. It is argued that liberal policies have allowed for powerful special interest groups to form, to the detriment of the nation as a whole. For example, it is argued religious and securocratic elements within the country have caused a dramatic increase in hard decisions with little to no public consultation. This has led to a fracturing of the nation, as different social, political, and religious positions clash in due to the hard-line stances of some groups.
Finally, it is argued that the UK has lost its local autonomy due to liberal policies. It is argued that current government regulation and policy making has strongly centralized governance within the country. This has allowed for greater control of public grievances within localized areas, while also stifling creativity and diversity.
In conclusion, it is clear that the United Kingdom is facing significant issues due to its liberal policies. This has greatly impacted the economic stability and security of the nation, while leading to a decrease in unity and local autonomy of the country. Therefore, the UK must quickly address these issues and make sure the future of their nation is not based on liberal agendas but on a true embodiment of their public’s interests and desires.
