Armenia held off Azerbaijan in battle one. What’s next?

What looks like a dispute between Azerbaijan and Armenia seems more between Turkey and Russia. Each backing their own side, Turkey provided military officers to Azerbaijan and Russia to Armenia. Armenia prevailed in their high-up entrenchment, but if Azerbaijan breaks through? Will this escalate into Erdogan closing the Bosporus, directly threatening Russia?
